Terms of service
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 5th 2025
Hi! Thank you for being here. These Terms and Conditions outline how everything works when you purchase from my shop or join one of my creative workshops.
By using this website and placing any order, you’re agreeing to these Terms.
1. General
These Terms apply to everything I offer through my shop — including fine art prints, downloadable tattoo designs, and creative workshops.
I may update these Terms occasionally. If I do, I’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
2. Who can order
To place an order, you need to be at least 18 years old.
If you're between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian’s consent is required.
By ordering/signing up to a workshop, you're confirming that you meet these requirements.
I reserve the right to request proof of age or consent when necessary.
Any accounts or purchases found to break these rules may be cancelled.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders depend on availability and acceptance.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify payment — I never store your card details.
Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
4. Return & Refund
I want you to feel good about what you purchase. Please check out my Return and Refund Policy for full details on returns, cancellations, and what to do if something goes wrong.
5. Fine Art Prints
Each print is made to order with a lot of fuss, diligence and care. Printing and packing take around 5 working days. I ship within the European Union via regular snail mail - that means 5–14 business days.
For return and damage policies, please see my Return and Refund Policy.
I wish to gradually ship anywhere on Earth where a carrier delivers, and I can ship via curier. Please reach out to me and we’ll explore together options to get your order to you.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All artwork and content are created by me and are protected by local, European Union, and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Fine Art Prints
The print you purchase is for your personal use and enjoyment. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, sell, or use the artwork commercially in any form. This includes, but is not limited to, printing on merchandise, using as part of a brand/logo, or uploading to AI tools or databases.
9. Your Responsibilities
When you place an order or sign up, you agree to provide complete and accurate information to help everything run smoothly.
You also agree to use my site and services responsibly, and you must not engage in any illegal or disruptive actions.
Workshop Code of Conduct
To ensure a warm, welcoming, and fun space for everyone, all participants agree to the following code of conduct:
- Be kind, respectful, and encouraging toward everyone attending.
- Remember that we are all students of life and creation, here to practice creativity in our own way.
- Create a safe space by avoiding any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour or language.
What I mean by offensive language and inappropriate behaviour includes: language or actions that are disrespectful, hateful, or discriminatory toward others based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, or any personal trait; harassment, bullying, intimidation, or any form of aggressive or threatening behaviour; or any conduct that makes others feel unsafe.
- Protect the trust of the group by not recording, sharing, or distributing workshop content without my permission.
- Honour each person’s creative work by only sharing your own art publicly, and keeping others’ original work private unless they’ve given clear permission to share. Remember, everyone’s creative journey is personal, and some may choose to keep their work private while others are okay with it being public — all is okay.
If these values aren’t respected, I may need to remove the participant without a refund. Based on the misconduct, I reserve the right to determine whether a participant may attend future workshops.
10. Shipping & Delivery
At this moment I ship via regular snail mail within the EU (in progress of expanding area of scope).
You’re responsible for entering a complete correct shipping address.
Please note all shipping times are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond my control, such as transport disruptions, customs processing, or weather. I’m not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.
I am not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered to your address.
If your order arrives damaged, please see my Return and Refund Policy to get it sorted.
You, as the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your region. These charges are separate from your order total and are not refundable in the event of a return.
These fees are set by your local government, and for any questions or refunds, please contact your local customs office directly.
11. Limitation of Liability
I do my best to make sure everything runs smoothly, but I can’t be held responsible for indirect, unexpected, or accidental issues related to your use of my website, products, or services.
While I work hard to keep the site running well, I can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. If something goes wrong with a product or service you purchase, my liability is limited to the price you paid.
I’m not responsible for delays or problems caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs. As explained in my Shipping Policy, I’m also not liable for packages lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered.
Finally, I’m not responsible for the behaviour or actions of other users of my website or workshops.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and European Union.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
Dispute Resolution
I believe in kindness and fairness.
If something feels off or you have a concern, please reach out and I’ll do my very best to sort things out together in a friendly and human way.
However, you also have the right to contact your local consumer protection authority or use official EU dispute resolution platforms if needed.
