Return and Refund Policy

This policy explains the terms for returns and refunds across the Art by Leyawenn products and services: physical fine art prints, downloadable tattoo designs, and live online workshops. 
The intention is to be fair, transparent, and compliant with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Physical Art Prints
Physical fine art prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery (counting from the day the prints enter your possession).
To get a full refund, the print must be returned in an undamaged and resalable condition. It's okay to handle it to make sure it's what you wanted, but if the print is returned with any damage, a refund cannot be issued as the item is no longer sellable.
To avoid potential refund reductions, please handle the print carefully and consider keeping it in the original packaging until you’re sure you want to keep it.
Upon receipt and inspection of the fine art print, a full refund will be issued, including the original standard shipping cost. 
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Personalized fine art prints are not eligible for returns. These cannot be returned/refunded unless they arrive damaged during shipping.


Damages during shipping
I inspect, wrap and ship all items myself, and I put a lot of thought, care and energy that the art print reaches you safely.
In case the package fights its toughest battles and it gets damaged during shipping, please reach out right away. To help resolve the issue quickly and to help file a claim with the carrier, please send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items / Non-refundable
Personalized art prints are not eligible for returns. These cannot be returned/refunded unless they arrive damaged during shipping.


Refunds

You will be notified by email once the return fine art print has been received and inspected, and the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me.

You, as the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in your region. These charges are separate from your order total and are not refundable in the event of a return.
These fees are set by your local government, and for any questions or refunds, please contact your local customs office directly.
