Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All physical art prints are printed on demand, with a lot of fuss and attention to details. Production usually takes up to 5 business days before your order is shipped. Digital tattoo designs and online workshops don’t require shipping, so they’re delivered instantly or accessed online.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
At this moment in time I ship to the European Union, via snail mail (postal services). That means 5–14 business days within the EU.

I wish to gradually ship anywhere on Earth where a carrier delivers, and I can ship via curier. Please reach out to me and we’ll explore together options to get your order to you. 

Please note all shipping times are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond my control, such as transport disruptions, customs processing, or weather. I’m not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

Shipping Costs
For the European Union:
Shipping is €9 for all physical orders under €150. 
For physical orders over €150 shipping is free — a gift from the Grove.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These are handled by your country’s authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. I can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at artbyleyawenn@gmail.com. I’ll do my best to work with the carrier and find a solution.

If your item is damaged during shipping, please send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging to help resolve the issue quickly and assist with filing a claim.

Please note that I am not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered to your address.
